A licensed chiropractic physician can give you qualifying initial care, and that visit meets the 14 days, but a chiropractor cannot supply the finding. If one of the listed providers decides you had no emergency medical condition, reimbursement is limited to $2,500.

US 1, North Ridgewood Avenue
The main north to south road through the middle of the city. It crosses Mason Avenue (SR 430) as it leaves Daytona Beach and enters Holly Hill, meets LPGA Boulevard at a signalled junction, and carries on north into Ormond Beach. SR 5A, Nova Road
Runs along the western edge of the city from north of Brentwood Avenue to Alabama Avenue, where it becomes South Nova Road in Ormond Beach. The Halifax Canal runs beside it for part of that stretch, with a frontage road across the canal starting at Third Street. Its main junction inside Holly Hill is with LPGA Boulevard, where there are traffic signals.
LPGA Boulevard
Apart from Mason Avenue on the southern line, the only east to west road inside the city that OpenStreetMap classes as a secondary road. It links US 1 and Nova Road, with traffic signals where it meets each of them.
Mason Avenue, SR 430
The street where US 1 passes from Daytona Beach into Holly Hill. East of US 1, SR 430 leads to the Seabreeze Bridge, a dual span over the Halifax River to the beachside, the first Halifax River crossing south of Holly Hill.
Signalled junctions produce a familiar kind of collision: a car stopped at a red light, struck from behind at modest speed. Holly Hill is a city in Volusia County, between Daytona Beach to the south and Ormond Beach to the north. Unlike those two larger neighbours, which take in both the mainland and the barrier island across the Halifax River, Holly Hill lies entirely on the mainland. The Census Bureau puts its total area at about 4.5 square miles, 0.6 of which is water. None of the six bridges over the Halifax River lands in the city: the Granada Bridge is in Ormond Beach, and the Seabreeze Bridge on SR 430 reaches the mainland at Mason Avenue in Daytona Beach.

The 2020 census counted 12,958 residents, up from 11,659 in 2010. The median age was 48.0, and 23.8% of residents were 65 or older. Households here are often small: 36.2% were one person, and in 17.7% of households someone aged 65 or over lived alone. If that describes you, tell a friend or relative the date of the crash. Halifax Health also lists a separate Pediatric Emergency Department in Daytona Beach. For something less serious, its ExpressCare urgent care list, checked on September 23, 2026, has locations in Ormond Beach, Daytona Beach Shores, Port Orange and Deltona, and none in Holly Hill. AdventHealth says it runs CentraCare urgent care centres in the Daytona Beach area without naming one in Holly Hill on its emergency care page. Urgent care is not an emergency department. It is generally staffed by physicians, physician assistants and advanced practice registered nurses, so an examination there usually counts toward the 14 days and can include the emergency medical condition finding.
